All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a specified Chester County case. He was ordered to pay all court costs. pled guilty to class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. This sentence runs consecutively to a specified Chester County General Sessions case. He is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses. Best interest plea. He must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens and be a full-time employee or student.

He pled guilty to count two, class C felony statutory rape by authority figure – att, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $100 in fines. He is to pay all court costs, all counts are concurrent. Best interest plea. Probation supervision is to be intensive. He is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses, must pass monthly drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student or show proof of disability and must register as a sex offender.
Damon Whitley, 46, in case 23-cr-122, counts one and two, aggravated statutory rape, were dismissed due to the charges being encompassed by the superseding indictment, case 24-cr-41.

pled guilty to count one, class D felony identity theft, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count two, class E felony forgery, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count three, class B misdemeanor criminal impersonation and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Mitchem pled guilty to count four, class A simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $750 in fines. She pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. She pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor open container, and was ordered to pay $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other. Mitchem is to pay all court costs and is ordered to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses and must submit to random drug and alcohol screens. She must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.


Phyllis Ann McFadden, Henderson, 60, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines. She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a fulltime student and all weapons or contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. Bowman pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. Counts one, two, five and six are concurrent. Counts three and four are consecutive to other counts. He is to be supervised by Intensive State Probation, to have no work release and no post-plea expungement. He must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations and must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens. He must maintain full-time employment, be a full-time student or show proof of disability. Driving privileges are revoked for one year and all contraband (firearms, cash, etc.) are forfeited to the arresting agency.


Kendrick Omar Brown, Jackson, 26,

Thomas Lynn Lott, Bethel Springs, 68, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony possession of methamphetamine over .5 grams, with intent to sell, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class B misdemeanor driving while in possession of methamphetamine, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines. Lott pled guilty to counts five/six/seven (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. He is to pay all court costs. Sentence is intensive probation with no work release and no post-plea expungement. He must complete alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment, be a full-time student or show proof of disability. Driving privileges are revoked for a period of five years.


Cody Lynn Marbry, Brownsville, 25, pled guilty to count one, class C felony possession of a weapon – convicted drug felony, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 85% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. Weapon is forfeited to Chester County Sheriff’s Department. He pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $100 in fines. The defendant’s driving privileges are suspended for one year or additional like period. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor registration expired and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Marbry pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor seat belt – 18 and older. He pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor financial responsibility law. He is to pay all court costs. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a specified Madison County Circuit Court case.
