Randy Devern Deberry, II, 29, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor first offense driving under the influence, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $350 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Count four was dropped with costs. Deberry pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of a handgun while under the influence, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count six, class C felony possession of a weapon by a person with a felony drug conviction, and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 85% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor speeding, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. Deberry pled guilty to count eight, class C misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay costs plus a $25 fine.
All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. Deberry is to serve an effective five year sentence with 85% release eligibility, not eligible for work release or post-plea expungement, must submit a biological sample for DNA testing, must complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months. His driving privileges are revoked for a period of one year, Ignition Interlock is required for a restricted license during revocation period if eligible. He must forfeit his handgun to the Henderson Police Department.
Adrian M. Shorter, 24, pled guilty to class A domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and was ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. Sentence may be released to complete alcohol and drug rehab. Upon successful completion of inpatient rehab, any remaining sentence to be served on probation supervised by Community Corrections. He is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses, and while on probation, must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens and be a full-time employee or student.

Timothy Alexander Gordon, 35, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class C felony schedule II drugs: sell, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve concurrently to other specified cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines.

Darryl Alexis Howard, 32, pled guilty to counts one/two/three/four (merged), class D felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation of Community Corrections, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, one year and six months suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. He is to be supervised by Intensive State Probation, to have random monthly drug and alcohol screens, maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.
Darryl Howard, 32, in a second case, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, five months and 29 days suspended, and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. Probation supervision is to be intensive with six months split confinement sentence to be served day for day. He must pass random drug and alcohol screens and must be a full-time employee or student.

He pled guilty to count two, class A domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, five months and 29 days suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, five months and 29 days suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines.
