The Chester County Senior Center recently experienced Alaska through a nine-day Inside Passage cruise on Holland America’s Koningsdam.
“The scenery was incredible, the food was delicious, and the weather was wonderful,” said Center Director Jennifer Todd. “Traveling with such a great group of friends made the experience even more special.”
During port stops, the group enjoyed several highlights, including: Whale watching in Juneau; A mountain train ride in Skagway; Viewing the glaciers at Glacier Bay and Exploring Ketchikan. The Ketchikan excursion included watching the salmon run at Creek Street, trying local fry bread and seeing the famous totem poles.
