Danny Joe Matthews, Jr., 37, Finger, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license with prior offences, possession/delivery of .5 grams or more schedule II methamphetamine inside a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

She was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.

, 59, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor alter item perm disting NBRS-sell/possession, and was sentenced to 111 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Hart pled guilty to counts three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 32 (counts merge) class B felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to counts 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42 (counts merged), class B felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial.
He is to have no contact of any kind with victims or witnesses. All counts are concurrent with each other.

Chad Aramis Poole, 39, was found guilty of class C felony aggravated assault and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs and to follow all rules of probation, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.

, 21, pled guilty to count one, class D felony aggravated assault - attempt, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor resist stop/arrest/search, and was sentenced to serve six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and was sentenced to serve eight months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Howell pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor public intoxication, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified Chester County case.
Charles Devin Howell, 21, in a second case, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000, and was sentenced to eight months in the Chester County Jail, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He is to have no contact with victim if released.
