Bradley Ryan McGill, 39, pled guilty to count one, class C felony theft of property $10,000 to $60,000, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count two, class C felony aggravated burglary (habitation), and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count three, class D felony burglary other than habitat or non public, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised. McGill pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor aggravated criminal trespass – habitation, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.

Farris pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor resisting stop/arrest/search (no weapon) and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served. All counts are concurrent with each other and other specified cases, and consecutive to a separate specified case. He is to have no contact with victims if released.

Claudia Avila Aleman, 52, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor first offense driving under the influence, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 years in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of two days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and was ordered to pay costs plus $350 in fines and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. She pled guilty to count two, class C misdemeanor driving on roadways laned for traffic, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of two days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. All counts are concurrent. Defendant must submit to an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations, and must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months, diving privileges are revoked for a period of one year with ignition interlock required for restricted license during revocation period.
