Brandy Gilchrist, 45, Stantonville, was arrested and charged with violation of an order of protection. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Jamie Brattin, 43, Lexington, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.

Juan Domingo Pablo, 33, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class A misdemeanor second offense driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, 65 days incarceration to be served day for day prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $600 in fines, and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service work. He pled guilty to count three, class E felony evading arrest flight – vehicle, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served. He pled guilty to counts four/five (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 65 days to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail a period of 65 days to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor driving on roadways no laned for traffic, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to release on probation. He pled guilty to count eight, class C misdemeanor violation of the open container law, and was ordered to pay $25 in fines. He pled guilty to count nine, class A misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine. He pled guilty to count 10, class C misdemeanor drivers license to be carried and exhibited, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count 11, class C misdemeanor violation of the seatbelt law – 18 and older, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Count one merges with count two; Count two is consecutive to counts one/two through counts four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10 and 11, and are concurrent with counts one/two. He must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, must submit to an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations and must attend and successfully complete an accredited alcohol and drug treatment program if recommended by evaluation and remain alcohol and drug free while on probation, he must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must complete DUI safety school and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months. His driving privileges are revoked for a period of two years, ignition interlock required for a restricted license during revocation period if eligible.
