Johnathan Andrew Kelley, 33, in case 26-CR-40, pled guilty to counts one/two class B Felony sell of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to nine years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. This case is to be served consecutively to Chester County 20-CR-66. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.
