Ginger Christine Meeker, 63, in case 26-CR-71, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class A Misdemeanor simple possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $750 in fines. She pled guilty to count three, class A Misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines. Cases 26-CR-71, 26-CR-37, 26-CR-36 and 36-CR-39 are concurrent.

Angel Deanne Rodriguez, 44, in case 26-CR-31, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class B Felony methamphetamine – manufacture, deliver, sell, possession with intent -26 grams or more and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. Count three, class A Misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities was dismissed. This case is concurrent with Gibson Co. Circuit case 23-CR-20754.
Chasmine Woods, 28, in case 26-CR-2A, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class E Felony theft of property from $1,000 to $2,500 and was sentenced to one year, six months in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay court costs and to complete 40 hours of unpaid community service work. All counts are concurrent. There is no work release and no post plea expungement. She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and is banned from Tractor Supply. All weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the arresting agency.
