Jacob Channing Gainey, 31, in case 26-CR-53, pled guilty to class D felony false reports to officer and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, with no work release and no post plea expungement. He is ordered to pay all court costs, and is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the arresting agency.

Amy C. Overton, 46, in case 26-CR-60, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class B felony methamphetamine – manufacture, deliver, sell, possession with intent of 26 grams of more. She was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. There is to be no work release, no post plea expungement and is to have no contact with victims or witnesses.

Gregory L. Hollingsworth, 59, in case 25-CR-61, was found guilty by Jury Verdict of class E felony retaliate for past action. He was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 60% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses.

Dominique Annita Bailey, 28, in case 26-CR-15, pled guilty to count one, class B felony possession of schedule I drugs with intent to deliver. She was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $2,000 in fines. She pled guilty to count two, class B possession of schedule II Fentanyl with intent to deliver greater than .5, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. She pled guilty to count three, class B possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver over .5 grams, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. Bailey pled guilty to count four, class D felony possession of schedule III drugs with intent to deliver. She was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, with credit for time served. All counts are concurrent, Hardeman County Circuit Court. There is to be no work release and no post-plea expungement.
