January 23, 2026
Tylon Warren Maness, 26, in case 25-CR-105, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated assault and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by State Intensive Probation, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised by Intensive State Probation, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. Both counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to Chester County General Sessions 24-CR-208, 24-CR-584 and 24-CR-585. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. Defendant shall have no contact with victim or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student or show proof of disability.

This count is to be served concurrent with 25-CR-96, 25-CR-98, 26-CR-70, 26-CR-42 and 26-CR-43. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.
