She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $3,000 bond.

He was sentenced to 16 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. This case is to be served concurrent with other specified cases. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.
