Cole, 42, in case 26-CR-80, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class D felony identity theft and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay all court costs. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged) class A misdemeanor driving while license suspended – second or subsequent, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor slow poke law, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor window tint and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent with each other. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

He pled guilty to count seven, class E felony burning personal property/land and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served. All counts are concurrent with each other and with specified cases in Henderson County, Crockett County and Gibson County. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. There is to be no contact of any kind with victims or witnesses and no work release or post plea expungement.
