He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Bryan Alexander Fowler, 39, in case 23-CR-102, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated assault and was sentenced to seven years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in tines. Both counts are concurrent. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. Probation supervision is to be intensive. He must have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses, must undergo an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations, must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must complete DV-26 class.

Matthew Ryan Chenoweth, 40, in case 25-CR-35, pled guilty to count one, class E felony evading arrest flight – vehicle and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs and $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class C misdemeanor speeding and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class B misdemeanor reckless driving and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. Chenoweth pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor driving on the right and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. The 30-day sentence is to be served day-for-day with no work release and no post plea expungement. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must follow all rules of probation.

Hatch II, in case 26-CR-5, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail receiving credit for time served pretrial a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $100 in fines, and to complete 24 hours of unpaid community service work. This case is consecutive to 26-CR-7. Case 26-CR-6 is consecutive to this case. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. The defendant shall have no contact with victim or witnesses, shall complete a mental health evaluation and follow recommendations, must complete DV26 program, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. Defendant has signed domestic assault enhanced punishment acknowledgement.

He pled guilty to count two, class E felony aggravated stalking and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines and to complete 24 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor violation of a no contact order and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. This case is consecutive to 26-CR-5 and 26-CR-6 It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. The defendant shall have no contact with victim or witnesses, shall complete a mental health evaluation and follow recommendations, must complete DV26 program, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment, be a full-time student or show proof of disability. Defendant has signed domestic assault enhanced punishment acknowledgement.

Michael Tyler Morgan, 27, in case 25-CR-72, in count one, class A misdemeanor Domestic Assault, was found not guilty by jury verdict. In count two, Morgan was found guilty by jury verdict of class B misdemeanor assault – physical contact and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs. He is to have no contact with victim or witnesses, shall complete anger management class.
