Johnny Alan Lipford, 46, in case 25-CR-101-A, pled guilty to count one, class B felony sell of methamphetamine less than .5 and was sentenced to 14 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $2,000 in fines. This case is concurrent with 25-CR-99, 25-CR-100, 25-CR-102 and a specified McNairy County case. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.

Bradley Ryan McGill, 41, in case 24-CR-79, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He is ordered to pay all court costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor prohibited weapons – knuckles, other, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. McGill pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor seat belt law – 18 and older, and was ordered to pay costs plus a $10 fine. All counts are concurrent with each other and with Chester County 22-CR-18. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. There is no work release and no post plea expungement. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses.

Daryl Wayne Hart, 44, in case 24-CR-33, was found guilty by jury verdict on count one, class A misdemeanor child abuse/neglect/endangerment, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay all court costs. He was found guilty by jury verdict on count two, class A misdemeanor child abuse/neglect/endangerment and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was found guilty by jury on count three, class A misdemeanor child abuse/neglect/endangerment and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Count one is to serve. Counts two and three are each to run consecutively on supervised probation with Community Corrections. It is not the intent of this court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. Hart is to submit to random drug and alcohol screens and shall have no contact with victim or witnesses.

Hayden Wayne Strickland, 23, in case 25-CR-94, was found guilty by jury verdict on count one, class A misdemeanor assault – bodily injury and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, a period of 180 days to be served day-for-day prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, 5 months and 29 days suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in restitution. Defendant shall have no contact with victim or witnesses, and is to remain drug abnd alcohol free and submit to random drug and alcohol screens. He is to complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations. He must also complete a mental health evaluation and follow recommendations and complete anger management program.

William Hillard Carroll, Jr., 50, in case 25-CR-76, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana less than .5 oz or 14.175 grams – attempt, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count two, class C misdemeanor slow poke law, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine. He is to pay all court costs and is to submit to random drug and alcohol screens. He must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must follow all rules of probation.
