Jeremy Warren Fesmire, 40, in case 25-CR-90, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service work. This case is consecutive to 25-CR-91 and 25-CR-92. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. The defendant shall have no contact with victim or witnesses, shall complete DV26 program on probation, shall complete alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, shall submit to monthly random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment, be a full-time student or show proof of disability. Defendant has signed domestic assault notice of enhancement and domestic violence registry.

Jeremy Warren Fesmire, 40, in case 25-CR-92, pled guilty to count one, class E felony aggravated stalking and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $100 in fines and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor violation of an order of protection/restraining order and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service work. Count one is concurrent with count two. 25-CR-90 and 25-CR-91 are consecutive to 25-CR-92. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. Defendant shall have no contact with the victim or witnesses and shall complete DV26 program on probation. He shall complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow any recommendations, shall submit to monthly random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student or show proof of disability.
