Christopher Higdon, 41, Friendship, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with two prior convictions, evading arrest, reckless endangerment-deadly weapon involved, cons. possession of .5 grams or more schedule II methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, tampering with evidence, reckless driving, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license due to one driving under the influence conviction, improper use of vehicle registration and obedience to required traffic control device. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Carson Booth Riley, 23, in case 25-CR-70, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated burglary (habitation) and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 180 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $500 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class D felony identity theft and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 180 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. Riley pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000 and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 180 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count four, class E felony theft of firearm less than $2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 180 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. All counts are concurrent with each other and with Chester County 25-CR-69. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the arresting agency.

She pled guilty to count three, class C felony introducing contraband into a penal facility and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 180 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. Eads pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 180 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. She pled guilty to count five, class B misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. She pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor window tint and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs and ordered to pay costs plus $25 in fines. All counts are concurrent. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. He pled guilty to count two, class C felony identity theft trafficking and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay all court costs. All counts are concurrent within this docket number. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.
