Johnny Alan Lipford, 46, in case 25-CR-99, pled guilty to counts one/two, class B felony sell of greater than or equal to 26 grams of schedule II methamphetamine and was sentenced to 14 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. This case is to be served concurrently with other specified cases. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.
