Jarrod Havran, 38, Beech Bluff, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault – weapon and fear and vandalism under $1,000. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
January 31, 2026
Dylan David, 25, Henderson, was arrested and charged with vandalism under $500 and violation of an order of protection/restraining order. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Brenda Wellington, 51, Bolivar, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
