Sharroy Luefulton Helms, 50, in case 23-CR-26, pled guilty to counts one/two merged, class B felony sell of greater than .5 schedule II cocaine and was sentenced to nine years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines and $260 in restitution to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department drug fund. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses. Docket numbers 23-CR-26, 27, 28, 29 and 35 are concurrent with each other. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.

All counts are concurrent within the docket number and with specified cases from Sumner County, Williamson County and Wilson County. This case is consecutive with specified cases from Sumner County. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of jail credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is ordered to pay all court costs and is to have no contact with victims or witnesses. There is no work release and no post plea expungement.

Ariana Luecretia Taylor, 23, in case 25-CR-57, pled guilty to count one, class C misdemeanor drivers license to be carried and exhibited, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines and to complete 40 hours of unpaid community service. She pled guilty to count two, class D felony identity theft, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. Count three, class C display of registration plates was filed as “Nolle Prosequi without costs.” Taylor pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor financial responsibility law and was ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of jail credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. There is no work release and no post plea expungement. She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, is subject to random drug or alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.

He pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor driving on the right, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. There is no work release and no post plea expungement. He is to have no contact with witnesses.
Brennan Justus Hammonds, 27, in case 25-CR-24, pled guilty to count one, class C felony theft of property $10,000 to $60,000, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised. Count two, class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, count three class A misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II and count four class A misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI are filed as “Nolle Prosequi without costs.” This case is consecutive to a specified Macon County case. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of jail credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is to pay all court costs and is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must follow all rules of probation. There is no work release and no post plea expungement. All weapons and contraband are forfeited to the arresting agency.
