Dustin Andrew Vilches, 46, in case 25-CR-59, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class C misdemeanor drivers license to be carried and exhibited, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. He was found guilty of count three, class C misdemeanor light law – motor vehicle, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, suspended and supervised by Community Corrections and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, to follow all rules of probation. There is to be no work release and no post plea expungement.

Ray Lebron Davis, 43, in case 25-CR-36, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class A misdemeanor driving under the influence – first offense – per se. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 180 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $350 in fines and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor open container and was ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor driving on the right, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Davis pled guilty to count five, class B misdemeanor driving with a suspended/canceled/revoked license, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count six, class E felony sexual offender registration form violation, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, mandatory minimum sentence length of 90 for violation, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. He is to serve 180 days day for day in the Chester County Jail, with the balance of the two-year sentence to be supervised by State Probation with intensive supervision. Not eligible for work release or post-plea expungement, must submit to an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow all recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, must complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months, driving privileges revoked for a period of one year due to DUI, ignition interlock required for a restricted license during revocation period if eligible. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of jail credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.

She was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 100% service, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. She pled guilty to count two, class E felony child abuse/neglect/endangerment – eight years or less – no injury, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 100% service, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count three, class A possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Brower pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor possession of a legend drug. She was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. All counts are concurrent. She is to be supervised by Intensive State Probation, there is to be no work release and no post-plea expungement. She must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations and must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of jail credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.
