Mya Hughes, 21, Brownsville, was arrested and charged with theft of property $1,000 to $2,500, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, criminal impersonation, violation of child safety restraint (1-3 years), theft of property $1,000 or less, attempted child abuse/neglect (under 8), driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
