Rheanna Bell Carr, 22, in case 23-CR-39, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated burglary and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count two, class D felony vandalism $2,500 to $10,000 and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $1,075 in restitution. She pled guilty to count three, class D felony vandalism $2,500 to $10,000 and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Carr pled guilty to count four, class D felony vandalism $2,500 to $10,000 and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count five, class E felony burning personal property/land and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count six, class E felony aggravated cruelty to animals and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. She is to pay all court costs and is ordered to have no contact with victim, is subject to random drug and alcohol screens, must complete a mental health assessment and alcohol and drug assessment, must follow all rules of probation and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. Defendant was originally granted diversion. Diversion was revoked and judgement ordered to be entered on July 28, 2025.
