Frankie Trent, 55, Reagan, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

Jackie Miner, 67, Jackson, was arrested and charged with two counts vehicular homicide by intoxication, two counts vehicular homicide by recklessness, vehicular assault, aggravated assault – serious bodily injury, driving under the influence, violation of lane law and speeding. She is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Asia Cosby, 24, Henderson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail to another county.
Sandra Agulair, 55, Beech Bluff, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. She was released from the Chester County Jail on furlough per the judge’s order.

Joseph Austin, 37, Denmark, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Tabitha Campos, 28, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was temporarily released from the Chester County Jail to Tennessee Department of Corrections.
Jeffrey Phelps, 62, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of parole, evading arrest by motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and obedience to required traffic control device.
July 10, 2025
Jeremy Fesmire, 39, Henderson, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking, domestic assault – fear and three counts violation of an order of protection/restraining order. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Patyon Welch, 21, Henderson, was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Linda Davidson, 64, Enville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
July 13, 2025
Hank Bussey, 52, Henderson, was arrested and charged with domestic assault – fear. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
John Beaver, 36, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

April 11, 2025
Brittney Leann Pettigrew, 35, pled guilty to class E felony forgery. She was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs and to have no contact with victims or witnesses.
