Ashton Smith-Carter, 35, Henderson, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved, attempted first-degree murder and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
June 17, 2025
Khalil Henning, 20, Pinson, was arrested and charged with violation of corrections. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Tanner White, 30, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Jerry Wilson, 40, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license with priors. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
Kendra Bomar, 38, Paris, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Jerod Cherry, 33, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
Jimi Whitman, 23, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Jeremy Bell, 27, Finger, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
Donnie Pullam, 54, Lexington, was arrested and charged with conspiracy possession of .5 grams or more schedule II methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Ederick Woods, 28, Bolivar, was arrested and charged with unlawful carry or possession of a weapon, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense. He is held in the Chester County Jail awaiting appearance before the judge.
Dewey Garner, 26, Henderson, was arrested and charged with domestic assault – fear and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He is held in the Chester County Jail awaiting appearance before the judge.

Emmanuel Jamie Hart, 32, in case 25-CR-6, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated burglary (habitation) and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony vandalism $1,000 to $2,500 and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $1,100 in restitution. All counts are concurrent. He is to pay all court costs and is to follow all rules of probation, must have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency. State has no objection to probation supervision being transferred to the State of Florida if accepted by Florida.
