Disaster assistance is available to Tennessee residents, businesses and non-profit organizations who were affected by Winter Storm Fern Jan. 22-27, 2026.
To find out what assistance you may qualify for, visit the Small Business Administration Mobile Recovery Center from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Thursday, April 16. They will be located in the lot behind City Hall on N. Washington Avenue. To apply online and receive additional disaster assistance information visit sba.gov/disaster. Applicants may also call SBA’s Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov for more information on SBA disaster assistance. For people who are hearing impaired, or have a speech disability, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services.
