Cupples scores twice as Lady Eagles defeat Lexington

The Chester County High School Lady Eagles earned a 4-1 victory over Lexington on Monday night.
Miley Cupples led the Chester County offense with two goals. Lydia Elliott and Claudia Bailey each added a goal to complete the Lady Eagles’ scoring.
Bailey and Alyssa Jenkins each recorded an assist in the victory.
Chester County kept pressure on the Lexington defense throughout the match, finishing with 24 shots and putting 13 of them on goal. Autumn Greene and Bailey led the team with five shots apiece, while Cupples finished with four.
Goalkeeper Kendall Cherry recorded eight saves while allowing just one goal as the Lady Eagles secured the win.
