Local law enforcement agencies and other emergency personnel were on site at Hillview Manor in Henderson Monday afternoon. According to a statement from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, TBI agents, working in conjunction with the Henderson Police Department and the Chester County Sheriff’s Department, are investigating the death of an individual Monday in the 500 block of Sanford Street. The deceased and cause of death had not been identified as of press time Tuesday. No other information had been released in this an open and ongoing investigation.
