THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are notified that on July 22, 2026, a Petition was filed in this Court by Tera Gooden, Administrator, c.t.a. of the Estate of John Albert Tessman, Jr., deceased, requesting to Determine and Limit the Distributive Share of Jason Earl Tessman, to set off the Estate’s claim against that share, and for service by publication.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before September 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in the District Court for Cherokee County, Kansas, at which time the cause will be heard at Cherokee County District Court. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
