The Chester County Grand Jury met Friday, Feb. 6, at the Chester County Justice Complex on Eric Bell Drive. The following defendants have been arraigned:
Chasmine Woods, 27, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-2-A, is charged with theft of property $1,000 to $2,500 and theft of merchandise $1,000 to $2,500.
Crystal Shante Price, 35, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-2-B, is charged with theft of property $1,000 to $2,500, theft of merchandise $1,000 to $2,500 and driving while license suspended.
Brian Ewing, 57, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-3, is charged with fraud use credit/debit card - illegal possession and identity theft trafficking.
Kassieanna Skylar Dawn Eads, 28, of Lexington, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-4, is charged with possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, contraband in a penal facility, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, driving while license suspended and window tinted.
Michael Shane Hatch II, 32, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-5, is charged with domestic assault.
Michael Shane Hatch II, 32, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-6, is charged with violation of a no contact order.
Michael Shane Hatch II, 32, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-7, is charged with two counts violation of a no contact order and aggravated stalking.
Rodreanna Renee Trice, 20, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-8-A, is charged with theft of firearm less than $2,500, identity theft and simple possession/casual exchange.
Mya Chanel Hughes, 21, of Brownsville, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-8-B, is charged with theft of a firearm less than $2,500, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine with intent, criminal impersonation, child restraing children ages 4-8, financial responsibility law and driving while license suspended.
Sadarius S. Blakemore, 42, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-9, is charged with driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked due to conviction of driving under the influence, driving while license revoked - second or subsequent conviction, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent conviction due to conviction of driving under the influence and registration plate must be illuminated when headlights on.
Jimmy Oneal Thomas II, 53, of Pinson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-10, is charged with two counts aggravated sexual battery.
Bret Deshun Barham, 35, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-11, is charged with two counts simple possession/casual exchange, tampering with evidence, possession of a weapon (firearm ammunition) – convicted felon crime of violence, four counts possession of a weapon (firearm ammunition) – convicted felony drug offense and two counts possession of a handgun – convicted felon.
Bret Deshun Barham, 35, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-12, is charged with driving while license suspended, driving while license suspended – second or subsequent and seatbelt – 18 and older.
Sadarius S. Blakemore, 42, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-21, is charged with seat belt – 18 and older, child restraint – under 4, child restraint children ages 4-8, driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked due to conviction of driving under the influence, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent due to conviction of driving under the influence and financial responsibility law.
Adrian Danielle Prather, 21, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-13, is charged with two counts manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, two counts possession of firearm with intent to go armed – dangerous felony, prohibit from possession of firearm under state/fed law and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Christopher Wayne Higdon, 41, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-14, is charged with driving under the influence first offense, driving under the influence second offense, evading arrest risk of death or injury – vehicle involved, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved, possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, reckless driving, driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked due to conviction of driving under the influence, vehicle registration – improper use and obedience to any required traffic control device.
Dominique Annita Bailey, 27, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-15, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule I drugs, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II drugs, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine with intent and manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule III drugs.
Jarkius Raymond Person, 29, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-16, is charged with evading arrest, simple possession/casual exchange and tampering with evidence.
Jeffery A. Phelps, 63, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-17, is charged with evading arrest risk of death or injury – vehicle involved, reckless endangerment – vehicle/felony, reckless driving and vehicles/streetcars stop at all stop signs.
Larry Wayne Bowman, 58, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-18, is charged with evading arrest risk of death or injury – vehicle involved, reckless endangerment – vehicle/felony, driving while license suspended, speeding and window tinted.
Darnelle Cantise Burton, 46, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-19, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine with intent, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, driving while in possession of methamphetamine and window tinted.
Ashton Corderomy Smith-Carter, 36, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-20, is charged with first degree murder, four counts employ firearm intent to go armed – dangerous felony, first degree murder – attempt, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved and possession weapon – convicted felony drug offense.
Jason Gene Burgess, 46, of Cedar Grove, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-22, is charged with domestic assault and vandalism up to $1,000.
Jerron D. Wilson, 37, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-23, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II methamphetamine, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine with intent and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Logan Ryan Kinchen, 25, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-24, is charged with domestic assault.
Logan Ryan Kinchen, 25, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-25, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Logan Ryan Kinchen, 25, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-26, is charged with violation of order of protection/restraining order.
Adrian Silva, 48, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-27, is charged with simple possession/casual exchange, prohibit from possessing firearm under state/fed law, registration expired and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
William Anderson Berry Jr., 32, of Selmer, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-28, is charged with domestic assault.
Carson Lane Pledge, 21, of Jackson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-29, is charged with burning personal property/land.
Christopher Williford, 53, of Hodges, Ala., in case 12CC1-2026-CR-30, is charged with two counts manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, four counts possessing firearm with intent to go armed – dangerous felony, two counts possession of weapon (firearm ammunition) – conviction felony crime of violence, six counts possession of a handgun – convicted felon, driving while license suspended and speeding.
