Falecia Terry may be new to our school, but she’s already made a big impact. The hallways are consistently clean and fresh, and she’s always hard at work. Her dedication and pride in her job show every day—we’re so glad to have her on our team.

Ms. Hayley Cloud is a tremendous asset to West Chester. Not only does she create assessments, organize groups for interventions and work with our assistants; she also meets with classroom teachers in professional learning communities. She has one single focus, to maximize learning for our students. Her work is invaluable!

CCMS would like to give a special shout-out to our amazing assistant principal, Mrs. Natalie Lax, for her dedication, leadership, and constant support. This is her first year in the CCMS family and has utilized her talents and skills to make a positive impact on all that she comes in contact with throughout the year.
Her hard work and organization does not go unnoticed — she helps create a positive environment where students and staff can succeed every day. Thank you for always going the extra mile and making a difference in our school community. CCMS is blessed to have you as part of our family!
