PUBLICATION NOTICE
PURSUANT TO T.C.A. 29-29-102
In this cause, it appearing from the Complaint, which is sworn to, that the whereabouts of the Defendants, Unknown Heirs of T.C. Smith, are unknown and cannot be ascertained by the diligent search and inquiry made to that end. Unknown Heirs of T.C. Smith, are therefore, hereby required to appear and Answer the Complaint filed in this cause against them in the Chancery Court of Chester County, Tennessee, and to serve a copy of the Answer on Ricky L. Wood, Post Office Box 636, Parsons, Tennessee 38363, Attorney for Plaintiff, within said time. 
It is further ordered that this Notice be published for four consecutive weeks in the Chester County Independent. Said property is described as follows: Beginning at the north-west corner of said tract, at Highway No. 17, on a iron stake runs thence 35 degrees west of south to an iron corner, with two chestnut oaks and one black jack pts; this line of 6½  Rds. long; thence 35 degrees south of east 10 rods to an iron corner with red oak and black jack pts.; thence 40 degrees east of north 7½ poles to an iron stake to the No. 17 Highway; thence 40 -  west of north 10 rds. to the beginning corner.
