Hello from Enville! I hope everyone is having a great week, and I hope you all got some rain. We had enough to wet the grass; it did not register in the rain gauge, but we are thankful for every drop and hoping for more soon.
September is nearing the end. This is the last full week, and October is upon us. There will be lots of activities during the month of October – haunted houses, corn mazes, fun farm pumpkin patches and, of course, Trick or Treating. Lots of churches and other organizations will have trunk-or-treats for all the kiddos. It is a fun time for us to see all the cute costumes!
The Enville Volunteer Fire Fighters will have a fish fry and cakewalk on Oct. 18. Mark your calendars and come on down!
Happy birthday wishes go to Lisa Finley on Sept. 26 and Nicholas Maness on Sept. 28. Happy anniversary to Mike and Debbie Timmer on Sept. 26. We hope you all enjoy your special day!
