Chester County came up with a big seventh inning Thursday night to pull away from Riverside for a 6–2 win.
The Eagles got on the board early when Dayton Lemmings brought home a run on a sacrifice bunt in the second inning.
Riverside took a 2–1 lead in the sixth, but Chester County answered right back. The Eagles pushed across five runs in the top of the seventh to take control of the game.
The big hit came from Braylin Robison, who doubled to drive in three runs and put Chester County in front for good.
The Eagles finished with nine hits. Lane Estes, Jaden Weaver, and Ross Hopper each had two hits, while Robison led the way with three RBIs.
Weaver started on the mound and kept the Eagles in the game, allowing two runs over five-plus innings. Hopper came on in relief and closed it out.
Chester County played clean defensively and stayed aggressive on the bases in the win.
