Good morning from Deanburg!
Wishing Happy Mother’s Day to all! There will be a lot of Decoration Days on Sunday as well. As a child, I always looked forward to those days.
Thanks so much to all who have been praying for grandson Morgan. Please continue, but I have faith he will soon recover. God has him.
Also on the prayer list is the family of Dixie Mays. She was sick for a long time. Glad to see Bob Tulley back at church on Sunday. Pray for Tony Concialdi, Tommy Mayo, Bill and Lisa Cox, Titus James, Cora Rose, Taryn Collins, Shirley Mainers, Gary Patterson, Jeanene Lewis, Lottie Lamport, De Rogers, Giley Wright, Gwen Parrish, Heather Ross, Ikie Cupples, Jimmy Concialdi, Kelly Concialdi, Orban and Carolyn Goff, JoLiene Harris, Kathy Griffin, Bill Loftis, Bill Tulley, Kristen Ferguson, Judi Concialdi, Anastasia Chrisman, Ann Lowrance, Kimba Harris, Mary Dell Gilchrist, Colton Hayes and Ana Ward.
Deanburg sends out birthday wishes to Kristi Pitts, May 1; Kirsten Alexander, May 2; Kari Perry, May 3; Ethan Long, May 3; Michael Haynie, May 3; Emery Kate Evans, May 3; Orban Goff, May 5; Clay Concialdi, May 5; Ross Hopper, May 7; Kevin Eberle, May 8; Courtney Howell, May 9; and Benny Barnett, May 10. The Chester County F.C.E. will meet at City Hall at 1 p.m. Monday, May 11. This group of ladies went to Selmer on April 29 for their garden party. They played games, had a silent auction and mystery grab bags and had a delicious lunch. The Chester County ladies had a good time.
If you wish to rent Deanburg Community Center, call Shane at 608-7262. Call 731-988-5122 to add birthdays, anniversaries or names to the prayer list.
Until next time, take care!
