Good morning from Deanburg!
A good time was had by all who attended Pleasant Springs Church on Saturday. There was a cookout with hamburgers and hotdogs with all the trimmings. Games for the children, cake walk, which is always fun and then a hayride through the woods and around the lake to top it off. There were several visitors on Sunday for service and also to wish Lexie Grace Arnold a Happy Birthday with pizza and cupcakes. Others we wish a Happy Birthday to Anna Nelson, Nov. 16; Darren Parrish, Nov. 19; Shirley Reddings, Nov. 23; Nancy Snider, Nov. 26; and grandson Jackie Mullins, Nov. 26.

The Chester County F.C.E. met on Nov. 10 for the monthly meeting. There were several members in attendance. Tonya Lee instructed the club in making bath bombs and bath scrub. They smelled good, and everyone enjoyed the experience. The next meeting will be in December for our Christmas lunch.
The Deanburg Community Club will have Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6. Everyone is invited especially the community folks. Come and get to know your neighbors. It is potluck. Call Shane at 608-7262 to rent the building.
