Chester County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Chester County Grand Jury recently met and indicted the following people:
Dakarai Gysai Adams, 22, Bethel Springs, is charged with theft of property $1,000 to $2,500;
Candice Dena Barham, 31, Henderson, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and worthless checks $2,500 to $10,000;
Larry V. Bailey Jr., 63, Enville, is charged with attempted second degree murder, two counts aggravated assault, possession of handgun while under the influence, purchasing of alcoholic beverages for a child and contributing to the delinquency of a child;
David Eian Christian Billings, 22, Scotts Hill, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and felony escape;
David Eian Christian Billings, in a second case, is charged with evading arrest – risk of death or injury – vehicle involved and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license.
Gustavo Pepe Cano, 26, Henderson, is charged with rape of a child;
Christopher Drew Collins Sr., 35, Pinson, is charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and two counts driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license second or subsequent charge;
Michael Brandon Davis, 46, Finger, is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated burglary and vandalism up to $1,000;
Jordan Tyler Fesmire, 29, Jackson, is charged with two counts attempted manufacture, deliver, sell of schedule IV controlled substance, burglary – other than habitat or non-public building, first offense driving under the influence, vandalism $2,500 to $10,000, child abuse/neglect/endangerment eight years or less and possession of burglary tools;
Charles Winston Goodman 3rd, 41, Enville, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault, possession of handgun while under the influence, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved and public intoxication;
Christy Michelle Koon, 43, Selmer, is charged with first offense driving under the influence, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, driving on roadways laned for traffic and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law;
Rusty W. Haltom, 44, Henderson, is charged with two counts manufacture, deliver, sell or possession of schedule VI controlled substance, two counts possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, simple possession/casual exchange and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities;
Rusty W. Haltom, in a second case, is charged with two counts manufacture, deliver, sale or possession of methamphetamine with intent;
Thomas Michael Johnson, 23, Henderson, is charged with burglary – auto/boat/airplane/other motor vehicle and theft up to $1,000;

Christina Renee Kneller, 29, Henderson, is charged with aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment – eight and under;
Lexie Lynn Lemcke, 31, Sumter, S.C., is charged with two counts first offense driving under the influence, simple possession/casual exchange and violation of the open container law;
Tristan Ryne Marshall, 25, Henderson, is charged with vandalism up to $1,000;
Tristan Ryne Marshall, in a second case, is charged with two counts aggravated assault, two counts domestic assault and vandalism up to $1,000;
Timothy James Mayfield, 35, Luray, is charged with evading arrest – risk of death or injury – vehicle involved, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved, reckless driving, resisting stop, arrest, search (no weapon), driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license –second or subsequent charge and display of registration plates;
Ginger Christine Meeker, 59, is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and allowing dog to run at large;
Wanda Gayle Pannell, 48, Bethel Springs, is charged with first offense driving under the influence, introducing contraband – intoxicant/drugs – into a penal facility, simple possession/casual exchange and driving on roadways laned for traffic;
Marquis Dante Mickens, 45, Henderson, is charged with two counts manufacture, deliver, sell, possession of schedule I controlled substance, two counts possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/deliver/sale, two counts manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI controlled substance, two counts manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II controlled substance, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, aggravated assault and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license;
Grayson D. Poe, 27, Brownsville, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault and possession of handgun while under the influence;
John Christopher Pulley II, 30, Bethel Springs, is charged with attempted theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, vandalism up to $1,000 and criminal trespass.

Bethany Jean Seagraves AKA Blackstock, 27, is charged with TNCare Fraud – participant and theft of property $10,000 to $60,000;
Lamarcus Danyelle Walker, 37, Toone, is charged with burglary – other than habitat or non-public building, vandalism up to $1,000 and criminal trespass;
Jamarcus Walker, 28, Whiteville, is charged with burglary – other than habitat or non-public building, vandalism up to $1,000 and criminal trespass;
Teresa Faye Weaver, 56, Henderson, is charged with forgery;
Quienton Devon Woods, 30, Toone, is charged with five counts possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon in drug offense and four counts possession of a handgun by a convicted felon;
Quienton Devon Woods, in a second case, is charged with two counts aggravated robbery, two counts aggravated assault, aggravated burglary (habitation), theft up to $1,000, five counts possession of a weapon by a convicted felon; possession of a weapon by a convicted felon in a drug offense and two counts possession of a handgun by a convicted felon;
Jeffie Glenn Simmons Jr., 30, Paris, is charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license – second or subsequent offense and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law;
Jeffie Glenn Simmons Jr, in a second case, is charged with two counts aggravated robbery, two counts aggravated assault, aggravated burglary (habitation) and theft up to $1,000.
