Keith B. Garner II, 64, of Finger, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-61, is charged with possession of a weapon – convicted felony drug offense, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and violation of a motor vehicle ignition interlock device.
Matthew Trey Kizer, 47, of Henderson, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-62, is charged with two counts schedule II drugs – manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, two counts schedule IV drugs – manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, two counts schedule V drugs – manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, two counts schedule VI drugs – manufacture/deliver/sell/possession and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.

Brandon Davison, 40, of Enville, in case 12CC1-2026-CR-67, is charged with resisting stop/arrest/search – no weapon.
