Heather McMahan hits a double to left field.

The Chester County Eaglettes Softball team struggled to keep up with Lexington on the scoreboard Monday night and ended up losing 8-2.
The Eaglettes had to pick up their bats for the first time following the Lady Tigers scoring three runs from the start. One of the runs scored was a homerun that sent another Lady Tiger home.
Chester County was not able to score until the bottom of the fourth inning.
Heather McMahan prevented Lexington scoring even more points as she caught one very close to going over the fence for the final out in the top of the sixth while Lexington had the bases loaded.
The last run the Eaglettes scored was an out-of-the-park homerun by Kara Pipkin.
