Chester County Commission to meet Monday

The Chester County Commission is scheduled to meet in regular session at 7 p.m. Monday, May 9 in the upstairs courtroom at the Chester County Courthouse, at 133 East Main, in Henderson.
Items on the agenda include the following: Approval for the City of Henderson to use TDEC Grant; Approval for resolution of CDBG Program; Approval of resolution of Litter Grant with discussion of what the grant recovers by Education Coordinator Misti Pequignot; Approval of confirmation letter for ThreeStar; and Approval of continuing agreement with JMCGH District and Chester County Ambulance Service.
Other items to be discussed include: Approval for a six-year reappraisal plan, Approval of Board of Equalization, Approval for continuing services of SWTDD for the Planning Commission and Consideration of Juneteenth Celebration contribution.
Also included on the Agenda, Dillon Faulkner of the Chester County Rescue Squad and Rebecca Seratt with UT Extension/4-H will each discuss potential uses for the ARPA funds for their respective organizations.
Quarterly Reports and Budget Amendments to be presented include: Chester County School System, Chester County Highway Department, Chester County Trustee, Chester County General Fund, Chester County Solid Waste Department, Chester County Library and Chester County Fire Department.
Minutes are to be approved from the March 14, 2022 Chester County Commission Meeting and the April 12, 2022 Chester County Commission Meeting.
