Local residents celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Sunday, Jan. 18, at the Henderson City Hall. Pastor Vernon Brice of Kingdom Builders Christian Center in Pinson encouraged unity, imploring each person to put Dr. King’s dream to action and do his or her part to work together as one within the community.
