NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 30, 2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 4, 2010, at Book 339, Page 310 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Chester County, Tennessee, executed by Monica S. Christian, conveying certain property therein described to Arnold M. Weiss, Esq. as Trustee for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee will, on November 14, 2013 on or about 12:00 P.M., at the Chester County Courthouse, Henderson, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. Beginning at an iron pin set in the East right of way of Marnie Loop, which point is the Northwest corner of Lot 12 and the Southwest corner of the herein described tract; thence, from the point of beginning, and with the East right of way of Marnie Loop, North 02 degrees 18 minutes 43 seconds East 90.00 feet to an iron pin set at the Southwest corner of Lot 14; thence, with the South line of Lot 14, South 87 degrees 41 minutes 17 seconds East 100.00 feet to an iron pin set in the West line of Paul Arendall; thence, with the West line of Arendall, South 02 degrees 18 minutes 43 seconds West 90.00 feet to an iron pin set at the Northeast corner of Lot 12; thence, with the North line of Lot 12, North 87 degrees 41 minutes 17 seconds West 100.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.2 acres.
