Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed June 28, 2001 by Jeffery C Isbell, an unmarried person to Larry N. Westbrook, Esq, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the office of the Register of Chester County, Tennessee, in Book 200, Pages 204 and Modified in Record Book 305, Page 23, and the undersigned having been appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the said Register’s Office, and the owner of the debt secured, Midfirst Bank, having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, at the option of the owner, this is to give notice that the undersigned will, on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 commencing at 12:00 PM, at the Front Door of the Courthouse, Henderson, Chester County, Tennessee proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, towit:
Situated in County of Chester, State of Tennessee.
BEGINNING at an iron pin set in the north margin of Highway 225, which point is the southeast corner of lot 5, and the southwest corner of the herein described tract; thence from the point of beginning and with the east line of lot 5, north 18° 01’ 16” west 255.38 feet to an iron pin found in the south line of lot 6; thence on a new line through lot 6, north 58° 20’ 33” east 221.84 feet to an iron pin set in the Cul-de-sac line of Miller’s Cove, having a radius of 60.0 feet; thence following a curve having a radius of 60.0 feet for a distance of 93.01 feet (chord bearing = North 19° 43’ 23” west, chord distance = 83.97 feet) to an iron pin set; thence on a new line through lot 4, south 11° 21’ 34” east 119.32 feet to an iron pin set in the north margin of Highway 225; thence following the north margin of Highway 225, the following calls; south 48° 58’ 39” west 59.30 feet; south 46° 58’ 22” west 36.33 feet; south 43° 26’ 16” west 110.00 feet; south 36° 50’ 29” west 24.58 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.07 acres as surveyed by Advanced Land Surveying, Inc., R.L.S. #1999, on June 26, 2001.  Being most of Lot 4 and part of Lot 6 Montezuma Acres Subdivision.
