SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated MARCH 14, 2008, executed by BILLY W. ROARK (A/K/A BILLY WAYNE ROARK, A/K/A BILLY ROARK), AN UN-MARRIED MAN, to KATHRYN L. HARRIS, Trustee, of record in RECORD BOOK 312, PAGE 687, for the benefit of COMMUNITY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, in the Register’s Office for CHESTER County, Tennessee and to J. Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of July, 2013 Letters of Testamentary in respect of the Estate of Clara Taylor Hopper who died June 27, 2013, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Chester County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the clerk of the above names court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
