Notice is hereby given that on June 24, 2013, Letters Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of James Edward Pitts, deceased, who died testate on May 3, 2013, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Chester County, Tennessee.
All persons, residents and non-residents, having claims, matured or unmatured against his/her Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court within four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or of the posting, as the case may be) of this notice, otherwise their claim will be forever barred.
All persons indebted to the above Estate must come forward and make proper settlement with the undersigned at once.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Real Estate Deed of Trust for Tennessee executed on September 9, 1988, by Dallas R. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, on January 5, 2001, by Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 192, Page 459, Register’s Office for Chester County, Tennessee, Donald Britt, Corey A. Gutgsell and Lymon Parsons, conveyed to Timothy J. Barnhill, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) and other indebtedness as described in said Deed of Trust; and
