The Chester County High School Alumni Association will be hosting its second Alumni Day on Saturday, June 3. The event will be held in the Chester County High School cafeteria. Doors will open at 10 a.m.

Montezuma has a Relay for Life team and needs your help. We will need workers for the actual event on Saturday, May 6. We are planning to serve chicken and dumplings, greens, white beans, cornbread fritters, desserts and drinks.

The Freed-Hardeman University baseball team picked up a pair of wins Thursday over Harris-Stowe State University, as they cruised to a 9-2 victory in the opening game and followed it up with a 9-8 nail-biter win in the nightcap.
The 14th Annual Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament, sponsored by Lonnie Cobb Ford, will take place on Friday, April 28 at Chickasaw Golf Course with lunch starting at 11 a.m. and a noon shotgun start.
