Jerry A. Hart, 57, 521 Frankie Lane, was arrested and charged with false imprisonment. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Steven Bryant, 26, Reagan, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and aggravated domestic assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Jacob A. Rouse Jr., 48, 1610 Bishop Road, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and false imprisonment. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.

Deputies responded to a Southview Drive resident concerning a theft. According to the report, sometime between 9:30 June 4 and the time of the report, someone allegedly stole a tomato plant in a large container, valued at $100, and three stepping stones with drawings on them, valued at $50.

Sonya Luttrell, 49, 618 Luray Ave., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.

Cedarrius Damar Barham, 27, 1635 Old Finger Road, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and violation of probation. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Prentice Lee Sims, 37, 443 Mifflin Ave., was arrested and charged with contempt of court, two counts. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of $750 cash only bond.

A Chester County resident reported an attempted burglary at a State Route 225 address. According to the report, the resident reported someone had attempted to pry a deadbolt off of an outbuilding door. Entry was not made and damage was reported at $25.

Michael Hester, 46, 740 Fourth St B36, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the original sentence imposed, receiving credit on referenced cases, only for time served by incarceration and/or Community Corrections.

Richard Lance Charles, 48, Enville, pled guilty to Counts One and Two (Merged) Class C Felony Domestic Aggravated Assault. He was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served, with a minimum of 90 days prior to release on probation, serving 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, with no work release eligibility or expungement. He must pay court costs plus $100 in fines, with restitution to be determined.

Demarius Lee Wilson, 24, 427 Steed St., pled guilty to Counts One and Two (Merged) Class D Felony Reckless Aggravated Assault. He was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. This sentence is to be served consecutively to another specified Chester County sentence. He is to pay court costs plus $500 in fines, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. He must complete eight hours each month in community service.

Willie Burton, 43, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the original sentence imposed and receive credit on referenced cases only for time served by incarceration and/or Community Corrections.

Devon Stone was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked, and he was ordered to serve 90 days in county jail or workhouse, with his sentence to begin anew. The 90 days may be served in an in-patient rehab.
