Johnathan Bouchard, 24, 4810 Clifford Lane, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Candie Lenora Mayes, 37, Jackson, was arrested and charged with possession of a legend drug without a prescription. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Jordan Alexander Parker, 24, Lexington, was arrested and charged with felony violation of the vehicle registration, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.

Antonius Laron Douglas, 27, Grand Junction, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

Randy Lynn Elliott¸ 49, Stantonville, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell/deliver, possession of legend drugs without a prescription and unlawful possession of a weapon. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $50,000 bond.

Rebecca Jane Williams, 46, 1275 Hurst Road, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.

Austin Allan Fraser, 18, 60 Alpine Cove, was arrested and charged with vandalism up to $1,000 and criminal trespassing. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Michael Brandon Scudder, 34, Finger, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated burglary, burglary, vandalism over $1,000 and theft over $1,000. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

Deputies responded to a report of theft at a property on Tar Creek Road. Missing items included a silver impact wrench valued at $450 and a red hydraulic jack valued at $200. An arrest has been made in connection with this report.

Ralph Jeffery Austin, 58, Luray, was arrested and charged with theft under $2,500, and was indicted by the Chester County Grand Jury. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond, and is set to appear at 8:30 a.m. on July 12.

Thomas Glen Latch, 45, 1385 Sanford St., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Dakota Lee Parker, 30, 1115 Roby Road, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $750 cash bond.

Robert Lesley Robertson, 23, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Bryan R. White, 49, 160 Ingram Road, was arrested and charged with filing a false report. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Deputies responded to a report of theft at a Simmons Road address. According to the report, between the dates of June 4, 2019 and June 21, 2019, someone stole a working 1983 Honda 3-Wheeler, valued at $1,000 and a lime green Mini-Motor ST-90 (not in working condition).

Debra Jane Crowe, 38, 45 Cooper Lane, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence first offense and violation of the open container law. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

Melanie L. Lucas, 42, 385 Memory Lane, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license fifth offense and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

Thomas Jermaine Patterson, 27, 865 Woodland Dr., was arrested and charged with three counts of contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $1,500 bond plus a $1,500 cash only bond.

James Robert King, 49, 1033 Sanford St., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

A vehicle was reportedly vandalized at a residence on Ingram Road. According to the report, the factory CD player’s screen had be busted, resulting in approximately $50 damage.

Victor Barham, 53, 319 N Franklin Ave., appeared in Chester County Circuit Court for the following charges: count one – class C felony aggravated assault, count two – class D felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed, count three – class D felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed, count four – class C felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell, count five – class C felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to deliver, count six – class B felony possession of weapon by a convicted felon. Barham pled guilty to count one, aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility, to serve 45 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines. Counts two and three were dismissed. Barham pled guilty to counts four and five (merged), and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 45 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. Barham pled guilty to count six and was sentenced to 20 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other, and with a separate specified Chester County Circuit Court case. Barham is to have no contact with victim, and the weapon involved was forfeited to Henderson Police Department.

Timothy Davis, Jr., 32, 4870 St. Rt. 100 W, appeared in court for the following charges: count one – class E felony residential and work restrictions, count two – class E felony sexual offender registration form contents requirements, count three – class E felony violation of community supervision. Davis pled guilty to count one and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve 90 days prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines. Davis pled guilty to counts two and three (merged) and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served, with a minimum of 90 days prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $500 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other. Davis is to follow all rules of probation and be supervised by Community Corrections. He ios to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. Jail sentence is to be served day for day.
