Kevon Benard Hartzfeldt, 22, Humboldt, pled guilty to four charges in Chester County Circuit Court. Count one, Hartzfeldt was found to be guilty of class C Felony Aggravated Burglary, and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at a 30 percent release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and was ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines. He was found guilty of count two, class C Felony Robbery, and sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility, at 30 percent release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs. He was found guilty of count three, class E Felony Theft of Property $1,000 to $2,500, and sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs. Counts one, two and three are concurrent. Hartzfeldt was found guilty of count four, class D Felony Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Go Armed – Dangerous Felony. He was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines. Count four is to be served consecutively to counts one, two and three. Hartzfeldt was ordered to have no contact with victims or witnesses if released. Restitution may be determined at a later date if necessary.
