Theta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma met Aug. 27. Dwina Willis, guest speaker, gave an encouraging presentation on adapting to the various changes we face in life. Some of her suggestions were: if you can’t control the change, don’t worry about it; build around you a support system who you can talk with; and remember that you are never free from change, but you are free on how to respond to the change. The meeting project was supplies for the Chester County Coordinated School Health program. Delta Kappa Gamma Society International promotes professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education. Theta Chapter is composed of teachers in Madison and Chester Counties.
